I know, I know....it's been awhile. ;)

As some of you may know, I've been recovering from knee surgeries. My first one was in December and the second one was last Friday. I have had a lot of time to just sit and do nothing. During the first recovery period, I mainly just watched television, and LOTS of it. This time around I have zero desire to even turn it on. I've been spending a lot of time in Scripture. January 1st, I started daily devotions that will have me reading through the Bible in one year. (To join me, you can sign up here for daily emails.) Along with that, I am also studying the passages with the Precept Inductive Bible Study Method.

I feel blessed to have the opportunity to open up and read the Bible all day. I should have done this during my first recovery. Shame on me. God has shown me so much in the past few weeks. If you haven't been in the Word lately, I would encourage you to do so.

In digital news...the digital scrapbooking community has been focused on raising money for Mye De Leon (a fellow digital designer). She has a newborn baby boy, Alphonse, who needs a life-saving surgery. You can read about the De Leon family journey here. You can also donate directly to them there as well. Also, there is a HUGE digital scrapbooking collaboration that is being sold at Pixels & Company to raise money for the surgery. Over 100 designers contributed to this kit. My portion of the collab is also available at Two Peas in a Bucket. I will be donating 100% of my portion of the proceeds to Mye during January and February.

It's Thanksgiving today, here in the US. For our family, that means lots of yummy food and a wonderful day of relaxation with each other. It's definitely a good time. Tomorrow morning is Black Friday....we usually wake up way to early and hit the stores to look for amazing deals on Christmas gifts. I haven't decided if I'll go out to shop yet. Last year, I did almost all of my shopping online. There is definitely something to say about that convenience...sitting at home (where it's nice and warm) with your jammies on and drinking coffee? I am so excited to announce  a new line of digital kits in my store at Two Peas in a Bucket. My Digital Cuts are created specifically to use in your favorite die cutting machine. I have the Silhouette Cameo and truly adore it.

I have included the following file types in each Digital Cuts kit: SVG, DSF, AI vs 8 & PNG. If you have need for a file format not included, please let me know and I will try to include them for you. I would also love to know if you have any specific shape requests.
